END OF MOVEMBER
Here's a load of the boy's final mugshots from movember.
Most of them look ridiculous but they raised loads of money and awareness for men's health by doing it.
Good on ya boys!

This Movember loads of blokes across the world are growing moustaches to raise awareness for men's health especially prostate cancer.
Here's a collection of photos of some mates who are going to grow some facial hair for the cause.
The next collection will be posted in around two weeks time.

Bonjour France
A few weeks ago I went to france with seven friends; Rob Sullivan, Vinny Vincent, Phil Blackwood, Jake Bath, Kylie Jones and Cass Brown. Hannah Mir also joined the team on the last few days. The boys drove down, Rob and myself in my little Citroen Saxo and the other three in Vinny's big estate, the drive drags a bit but morale was high. We had a house booked for a week in Bourdaines and it was stylin! We broke a lot of stuff throughout the week but managed to fix everything before we gave the keys back. The weather was unreal, sunny everyday and the water was the warmest I've ever had it down there - we were surfing in boardies for hours without getting cold. The surf was good too - we surfed basically everyday up and down the coast and found some fun banks. It doesn't get light that early in France so we'd usually be on it pretty soon after the sun came up. The pros rocked up a few days before we left so it was good to see those guys smash the waves we'd been tickling or going straight on for the two weeks before.
We had a sweet house in Le Penon the second week - the bakery there is really good - I reckon those people have taken a few years off my life with the amount of pastries and bread I ate, I don't bother with that stuff when I'm home so i go mad when I'm down there. The French have the best lifestyle - we all ate loads of good food and drank loads of good wine, the Welsh aren't that civilised though when it comes to the drinking bit! On the second night we all decided Rob looked like the face of Prince's biscuits so he was called Prince for the trip - it stuck so well at one point I couldn't remember his real name. Phil was the oldest, biggest and wisest and was known as Dad, he suits that role too well.
Altogether, it was a wicked trip - not much went wrong, only one board got snapped, someone trod dog shit in my car (I wasn't happy) and Vinny smashed his foot up pretty badly on the way back from Dick's Sand Bar but hey... when in Rome.
The car made some pretty strange noises on the way back but she did us proud and got us home safe, I think the other boys blew a fuse in Le Harve. The girls had a couple of days in Biarritz before they flew back. We all came home happy, well fed and tanned, especially the girls - they did an extreme amount of sunbathing. Viva la France!

Samoa
Samoa is paradise. I spent two weeks there in February with my mate Tom Worth. The waves were fun every day and got really good for the last few days. We stayed in little huts called Fales right on the beach, they are pretty basic with no windows or doors - just a mattress and a mossie net. We ended up hanging out and surfing with a group of spongers from West Oz for most of the trip. When the group got tired of surfing perfect, uncrowded waves in warm water we went snorkelling, found some crazy waterfalls and scenery, played loads of pool, rugby and ate amazing food. Samoans don't stop feeding you until your ready to explode! They are big and happy people with big hearts. On our last couple of nights we got some Ava and drank it with the local guys and some mates, it was cool making it with them and makes you go weird and numb.
